Gowin Parc is a Illinois based health care company that provides residential services to senior citizens with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We were founded in 2005 on the premise that such people and their families need a residential alternative to nursing home and health care. We focus on creating a residential atmosphere which accommodates the needs of our neighbors suffering from Alzheimer’s. The founders and principals of Gowin Enterprises are Jason and Theresa Gowin of Mattoon, IL.

We never forget that individuals with Alzheimer's are individuals first, with unique backgrounds, personalities and interests. Moreover, the progress of memory loss varies in everyone, so that a level of care which is exactly right for one person might infringe upon the rights of another. Therefore we tailor the care of each of our residents to his or her needs. This highly personalized program is made possible by our small size and unusually high staff ratio.

Gowin Mission Statement:
We want our neighbors with dementia and their families to feel comfort as they place their trust in our home to provide care that maximizes independence and stimulates individual abilities. Residents at the Gowin dementia facilities will receive unparalleled care that is tailored to each individual in the program.  The staff and programming create the environment that keep dementia patients functioning at their highest levels and maintain independence in every day living.

Gowin Parc Philosophy:
We provide person centered care to our neighbors with dementia and their families, enabling residents to retain dignity by focusing on their remaining abilities to achieve the highest quality of life. We are committed to empowering the highest quality employees, providing state of the art facilities and cutting edge daily activities (programming).

Promises
You've made them to your fragile loved one. To provide the best care and loving environment you can. To be there when needed. We make these same promises daily to our residents. And we keep them.
