Dear friends,

The boys and I want to thank you for being David's "special" family for the past year. You were so patient with him and loved him unconditionally, even though it was quite a challenge! You provided excellent care for him and kept him safe. We are so grateful for the wonderful caregivers he had. 

The flowers you sent to the funeral home were beautiful!

You all have a special place in our hearts.
